If You Don't Know, Now Ya Know

This is a new blog segment I want to start... let's see how it goes. Take it away Biggie Smalls!


This weekend we all know is CARMAGEDDON!!! The 405 will be shut down from the 101 to the 10. I don't know about you, but this completely screws my ability to leave the valley. However, depending on where you are, this weekend has some awesome things in store for you to check out.

Downtown LA
-The Renegade Craft Fair in Los Angeles offers a great place to discover local artists and buy some cool stuff. Check out LA's greatest outdoor marketplace for handmade goods, featuring over 200 artists. The Renegade Craft Fair is always free-to-attend. Attendees can get involved with the hands-on crafting activities, check out the bar for some cold libations, and purchase food from terrific LA food trucks! Now, who doesn't love a good food truck!



-Los Angeles Galaxy vs. Real Madrid: Saturday, July 16 7:00p

at The Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Sports Arena, Los Angeles, CA. I am a huge soccer fan, and anytime I can see David Beckham and Christiano Ronaldo together, in the same place, I am in!
-Bastille Day Los Angeles Festival: Sunday, July 17 12:00p to 9:00p at Elysian Park Monticello Old Lodge, Los Angeles, CA

-For those of you that fancy girl rock, Sarah McLachlan is playing a concert at the Hollywood Bowl on Saturday night. Tickets are on sale at the link above. 


-LA Cubafest featuring Willy Chirino, Albita, Hansel y Raul, and Rey Ruiz will be performed this Saturday at the Gibson Ampitheatre. Tickets are available through the link. Get ready for some good music and dancing. Aye Aye!
